Tablets Beat PCs in Online Searches

The lat­est report­ing and sur­veys finds:

  • The find­ings showed that the con­ver­sion rates on tablet search clicks went up a lit­tle more than 30 per­cent last year and by the end of this year, will bypass PC search­es.
  • The find­ings also showed that adver­tis­ers spent more than 5 per­cent more on paid search adver­tis­ing for tablets last year.
  • Mean­while, click through rates for those search ads were 37 per­cent above the PC search­es.
  • Anoth­er inter­est­ing find­ing is that the cost for tablet search ads increased by 25 per­cent last year.
